KalaTrace ships to addresses worldwide. Note that there are some regional restrictions on certain products. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local import regulations for products and accessories.

All products ordered from our website are professionally packed to ensure they arrive securely.
F. Damaged Goods and Returns
If your package arrives damaged, please note "damaged" when signing for the delivery and take photos of the damage for your records.
KalaTrace is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by FedEx, UPS, or any other shipping carrier. Refer to the next section to learn about our return policy.
2. Return Policy:
A. Eligibility for Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs will be covered by us if the return is due to our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item.
B. Refund Processing Time
You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days of giving your package to the return shipper. This timeframe includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, which is typically 5 to 10 business days, the time it takes us to process your return once our warehouse receives it, which usually takes 3 to 5 business days, and the time required for your bank to process our refund request, which is about 5 to 10 business days. In many cases, refunds may be processed more quickly.
C. Requesting a Return
To request a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Provide the original order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return, and include photos or videos if possible. Our customer service team will contact you once the item(s) have been received and processed at our warehouse.
D. Returned Order Policy
If a return is necessary due to unpaid import tax, an incorrect address, or a refused/forgotten package, FedEx or the alternate shipping carrier will return the package to our warehouse. You will be contacted to arrange reshipment at your expense. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, as we are not reimbursed for "return to sender" packages.

Refunds are not available; only store credit toward future purchases will be issued.
3. Payment Policy:
All payments to KalaTrace are collected in USD. Duties and taxes associated with your order are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that all orders are paid in full before shipment
